Khalid Pick And Drop Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using Khalid Pick And Drop Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Service Description
Khalid Pick And Drop Service provides scheduled daily transport services for students, office workers, families, and groups across selected cities in Pakistan. Services may vary based on location, package, and vehicle type.
3. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or via direct call.
Full payment must be made before the start of the service, unless agreed otherwise.
Payments are non-refundable once the service has started, except in specific cases (see Cancellations).
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
Partial refunds may be issued based on the circumstances and management approval.
Khalid Pick And Drop Service reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle issues).
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be present at the designated pickup point at the agreed time.
Inappropriate behavior, vandalism, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in service termination without refund.
Seat belts must be worn where available. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
6. Safety and Maintenance
All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected.
GPS tracking and emergency response options are available for passenger safety.
Only trained and background-verified drivers operate our vehicles.
7. Changes to Services
Khalid Pick And Drop Service reserves the right to modify service routes, schedules, vehicles, or prices with prior notice, especially due to traffic conditions, public holidays, or operational needs.
8. Liability
While we prioritize passenger safety, Khalid Pick And Drop Service is not liable for any loss, theft, or injury during transport unless directly caused by proven negligence.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., floods, strikes, government actions).
